Biographical notes for the Cyclopedia of American Biography, 1922.

Handwritten responses to an autobiographical questionnaire prepared by the publishers of the Cyclopedia of American Biography. Chronicles his early career as water colorist and newspaper artist through his role as exhibitor and International Jury of Awards panelist for the Panama-Pacific International Exposition. Also includes statements of club and society affiliations as well as some elaboration on his father's multifaceted career as druggist, photographer, instructor and farmer. Some pencil annotations are in another hand.
